She is survived by 2 sons Jerry Waters of Mayfield, Ky., Danny Waters of Mayfield, Daughter, Barbara Chatmon of Owensboro, Ky., Sister, Pansey Whitlow of Mayfield, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren. She was preceded In death by her husband, S.J. Waters, 2 sisters, Ruth Jones, Gracie Brooks and her parents Joe and Ola Trousdale Murdock, Great Great Granddaughter, Kyleigh Bennett. FULTON, Ky. — Barbara Ann Fry, age 59, of Fulton, Ky., died Monday evening, Jan. 11, 2010, at her home.

She had been a data processor for the Tandy Data Processing Company in Burleson, Texas, had worked in the Human Resources Dept. for Stanley Jones Mechanical Contractors from 1988-2006, and had also worked part time for Snappy Tomato Pizza in Union City, Tenn.

She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Fry of Fulton, Ky.; two sons, Jeff L. Fry of Waxahachie, Texas, and John A. Fry of South Fulton, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Ashlee Tynes and Harrison Fry, both of South Fulton, Tenn.; two brothers, David Cook of South Fulton, Tenn., and Richard Cook of Dayton, Tenn. Also two dogs, Speckles and Raider.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Eileen Davis Cook.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel.

Barbara Sue Coltharp 67, of Sedalia KY died Monday August 15, 2011 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville TN.

She was a member of the Community of Christ Church.

Mrs. Coltharp is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bobby Ed Coltharp; two sons, Glynn Edward Coltharp of Bowling Green KY and Robert Earl Coltharp of Sedalia KY; daughter, Bobbi Coltharp Grantham of Mayfield KY; father, Codie D. Guthrie of Murray KY; brother, Larry Codie Guthrie of San Diego CA; two sisters, Shirley Coltharp of Sedalia KY and Linda Dianne Newton of Houston TX; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Alvenia Bernice Walter Guthrie.

Services are scheduled for 11:00AM Thursday August 18, 2011 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield KY. Elder Donald Coltharp and Evangelist John Sheppard will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday August 17, 2011 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to a charity of ones’s choice.

Bazil Crockett, 56 SOUTH FULTON, Tenn.

Services for Bazil Crockett, 56, of South Fulton will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. The Rev. Ron Cox, Rev. Terry English and Jim Pilcher will officiate. Burial will be in the Wingo (Ky.) City Cemetery.

Mr. Crockett died Sunday morning at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis.

A native of Lincoln County, W.Va., he was a 1967 graduate of Cuba (Ky.) High School. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and for 13 years in the Kentucky National Guard. He was a truck driver for Mitchell Transport in Dresden, and was a former employee of Reelfoot Packing Co. He was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Kay Moore Crockett; a daughter, Cheryl Kay Crockett Goodman of Union City; two sons, Michael Crockett of South Fulton and David Crockett of Caruthersville, Mo.; a brother, Larry Crockett of Fulton; four sisters, Lucille Chance of Zearing, Iowa, Loretta Barham of Dukedom, Sharon Campbell of Fulton and Judy Davis of Dresden; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. His parents were Victor and Belva Lee Bellew Crockett.

Beatrice Taylor, 92 MAYFIELD, Ky.

Beatrice Copeland Taylor, 92, of Mayfield, formerly of Warren, Mich., died at 5:02 a.m. Friday at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center in Mayfield.
Mrs. Taylor was a retired employee of Hucks Manufacturing Co. in Detroit and a past employee of Merit Clothing Co. in Mayfield. She was a member of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are her son, James O. Taylor of Evansville, Ind.; two daughters, Treva N. Lance of Sedalia and Mary Kawa of Kalkasha, Mich.; a sister, Ovaday West of Louisville; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hulon Taylor; five brothers; four sisters; and one great-great-grandchild. Her parents were James G. and Fannie McClure Copeland.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wasik Funeral Home in Warren. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Mich.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

BENTON — Kenneth D. Sirls, 80, of Benton, died Monday, February 4, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah.

He was a retired heavy-equipment operator for Industrial Union of Operating Engineers, Locals 181 and 320. He was a member of Union Ridge Baptist Church.

He is survived by one son, Tim Sirls of Hardin; two daughters, Carolyn Clendenen of Murray and Sharron Ramsey of Benton; one brother, Danny Sirls of Hardin; three sisters, Patsy Turner, Carlena Thompson, and Marsha Penney, all of Benton; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou (Young) Sirls; and two brothers. His parents were Carl and Grace Marie (Lovett) Sirls. Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013, at Collier Funeral Chapel of Benton with the Revs. George Culp Jr. and Chris Young officiating.

Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery in Aurora.

Mrs. Rea died Sunday at Volunteer Community Hospital.

A native of Latham, she was a seamstress at Martin Manufacturing and a member of Union City Baptist Temple.

Bill Cannon Jr., 80 FULTON, Ky.

William Adair "Bill" Cannon Jr., 80, of Somerset died at 12:35 a.m. EDT Monday at his home.

A native of Graves County, he was a graduate of Fulton High School and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He attended Freed-Hardeman College and graduated from Abilene Christian College before serving as minister for several Churches of Christ in Texas, Arkansas, Montana and Georgia. He retired as a U.S. Air Force chaplain after 18 years and served as elder of Cumberland Church of Christ in Somerset.

Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Robbie Sue Porterfield Cannon; three sons, Bob Cannon of Rowlett, Texas, Paul Cannon of Spartanburg, S.C., and David Cannon of Prattville Ala.; two daughters, Mary Ann Harris of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., and Debbie Clevenger of Imboden, Ark.; a brother, Jim Cannon of Maryville, Tenn.; and a nephew.

His parents were William Adair Cannon and Murgeon Colley Cannon.

Services will be at 10 a.m. EDT Wednesday at Cumberland Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dukedom, Tenn., with David Cannon officiating.

Mr. Billie Morre, age 84, died Thursday August 19,2010 at his residence.

He was a member of the Bethlehem Methodist Church in Pilot Oak, KY, where he served as a trustee. He was a Service Director in the Automobile Business for over 45 years. He lived in Detroit, MI from 1950-1962, then lived in Murrieta and Wildomar, CA from 1962-2001. While there he worked for Corona Nissan in Corona, CA and Harry Clark Buick in Compton, CA. He also spent a couple of years in Oregon before resettling in this area in 2004. His interests included auto racing, home improvements, and gardening.

He is survived by his wife Joanne (Snyder) Moore to whom he married September 18, 1971, 2 daughters, Deborah Ann Ofield & Catheryne Cory George both of Murrieta, CA, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Jefferson and Esta Mae (Breedlove) Moore, a son Roy William Moore, and a brother, James Earl Moore.

There will be no visitation or services held at the funeral home.

Billie Gene Gattis, 83, of Fort Smith, AR died on Wednesday, September 16th in his home.

He was a tractor-trailer driver and a bulldozer operator for Forsgren Construction. He was a decorated Army veteran of WWII and Korea and was awarded two purple hearts. He was a member of the DAV, VFW and the American Legion Ellig Stouffer Post #31.

He is survived by his wife Lucile of the home; three daughters and their husbands, Doris and Warren Lowrance of Ooltewah, TN, Linda and Randy DeLaet of Alma, AR and Marsha and Joe Smith of Alexander, AR; one sister, Alta Bryson of Savannah, TN; two brothers, Harry Gattis of Savannah, TN and Charles Gattis of Adamsville, TN; seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Billy Hawkins 82 of Mayfield died Friday April 27, 2012 at Lourdes Hospital.

He was the retired Owner and Operator of Hawkins Lamp Co. and a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Mr. Hawkins is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margie Canter Hawkins; son, William Kent Hawkins of Mayfield; three daughters, Yvonne Kimbel, Dianna Kennemore, and Sharon Rowe all of Mayfield Ky.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Catherine Keeling; three sisters; three brothers; parents were Willard “Buck” and Lummie Lee Calhoun Hawkins.

Services are scheduled for 2:00PM Tuesday May 1, 2012 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. Revs. Gary Frizzell and David Kennemore will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Visitation is set from 5:00-8:00PM Monday April 30, 2012 at the funeral home.

He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Goodyear Tire Company.

Mr. Waldrop is survived by his wife, Faye Harrison Waldrop; four daughters, Linda Brumley of Chicago, Christy Outland of Payneville, and Benita Sharp and Beth Stephens, both of Lynnville; two sons, Gregory and Steve Dick, both of Mayfield; one brother, Bob Waldrop of Murray; two sisters, Manon Canter and Louise Wyatt, both of Mayfield; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marlon Suggs Waldrop; his parents, Olus and Zada Hill Waldrop; and one sister.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, with the Rev. Al Cobb officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Blake Crosslin, 38, of Mayfield passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. He was a member of Cuba Church of Christ and the Cuba Masonic Lodge #644. He was a Pipefitter and member of the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 184, employed at Arkema, Inc. in Calvert City, KY.

Mr. Crosslin is survived by his wife, Jeana Wilkerson Crosslin; his son, Cody Dawson of Mayfield; two daughters, Chloe Dawson and Lindsey Crosslin, both of Mayfield; parents, Joe K. and Linda R. Ellegood Crosslin of Cuba; sister, Jill (Kris) Crosslin McCormack of Mayfield; and grandfather, Thomas H. Ellegood of Mayfield.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph D and Linda W. Crosslin; and grandmother, Marie H. Ellegood.

WINGO, Ky. — Bobby Glen “Hoss” Pillow, 72, of Wingo died Saturday at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.

Mr. Pillow was a retired farmer and a member of Jackson Chapel Community Church where he served as a youth Sunday School teacher. He belonged to the Emmaus community, was a two-time honorary Commissioner of Agriculture and two-time Kentucky Colonel.

Mr. Pillow is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann; two daughters, Kathy Langham of Dublin and Amy Renee Hurst of Paducah; one son, Robert Pillow of Lawrenceburg; one brother, Ned Pillow of South Fulton, Tenn.; six sisters, Sue Pennell of South Fulton, Maxie O’Neal of Clinton, Charlene Howell of Clinton, Frances Duke of Fulton, Barbara Vaughn of Clinton and Joan Coleman of Wingo; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Mr. Pillow was preceded in death by his parents, Claudie Jefferson Pillow and Vera Stroud Pillow; one brother; and one granddaughter.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. The Rev. Bobby Barnett will officiate. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery in Hickman County.

Bobby Terrell Vincent, 86, of Mayfield, died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at his residence.

Mr. Vincent graduated from Cuba High School in 1947. He served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War era. He was a deacon and former treasurer and Sunday school teacher at Lebanon Church of Christ. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a former employee of the Graves County Co-Op. Mr. Vincent was a member of the American Legion Post #26, and enjoyed working with the senior citizens food program.

Mr. Vincent is survived by his wife of 64 years, Camilla Bennett Vincent; one son: Greg (Kathy) Vincent of Mayfield; two granddaughters: Jasmin (Keaton) Dunigan of Calvert City, KY and Jamii Vincent of Mayfield; one great granddaughter: Neely Reece Dunigan: and two brothers; Roy (Margaret) Vincent of Cuba, KY and Harold Vincent of Shreveport, LA.

He was preceded in death by his son; Gary Lynn Vincent: parents; Nathaniel Merchie and Eula Johnson Vincent: brothers; Hayden Vincent and Billy Vincent: and sister; Sarah Neely.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at the Byrn Funeral Home with Chris King officiating. Interment will follow at Cuba Community Cemetery.

MAYFIELD, Ky. — Graveside services for Bonnie Ruth Hainline Brown, 81, of Rochester Hills, Mich., formerly of Mayfield, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mayfield Memory Gardens with Bobby Crittendon officiating.

Mrs. Brown died at 1:10 p.m. Thursday at her son’s home in Leonard, Mich.

She was a retired camp host for Oakland County Parks, a member of Wingo Church of Christ and a member of Woodmen of the World in Warren, Mich.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry G. Brown; two daughters, Diannia Kader of Rochester Hills and Patty Eager of Tawas, Mich.; one son, John Brown of Leonard; one brother, Johnnie Hainline Jr. of Kahokia, Ill.; two sisters, Carol James of Centerline, Mich., and Beverly Brewer of Arlington, Texas; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Her parents were John N. Hainline and Opal Mae Murdock Hainline.

Bonnie Garrigus Willett, 57, of Lone Oak died at 1:45 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2006, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.

A 1966 graduate of Lone Oak High School, Mrs. Willett was a homemaker and a member of Lone Oak Church of Christ. She was also a school volunteer and church volunteer.

Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Gabe Willett of Lone Oak; two daughters, Deanna (Steve) Pelkey of Paducah and Aimee (James) Fox of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, James Dennis Garrigus of Lone Oak; one uncle, J.W. Brewington of Mayfield; one aunt, Ila Garrigus of Lone Oak; five grandchildren, Kelli Kaufman of Paducah and Todd, Cailynn, Amber and Trevor Fox, all of Columbus, Ohio; and several cousins.

Her parents were James "Red" and Sarah Nell Brewington Garrigus.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2006, at the Lone Oak chapel of Milner and Orr Funeral Home with Mike Tanaro officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

He was a retired truck driver and was a U.S. Army veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Bettye McPherson; one son, Boyd McPherson Jr. of Sedalia; one daughter, Betsy Dillon of Sedalia; three stepsons, Kenneth Jetton of Aurora, Dwayne Jetton of Kirksey and Richard Jetton of Hazel; one stepdaughter, Terrye Klepfer of Paducah; one brother, Robert Enoch McPherson of Mayfield; two sisters, Joyce Wilson of Mayfield and Norma Colley of Sedalia; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

His parents were Raymon and Myrtle Wright McPherson.

There will be no visitation. Private family services will be conducted later. Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.

Brantferd C. McClure Sr., 93, of the Fulgham community died at 10:58 a.m. Saturday at his home.

McClure was a retired Hickman County deputy sheriff. He was a member of Jackson’s Chapel Community Church, the Hickman County Masonic Lodge F&AM 131 and the Fulton York Rites.

He is survived by eight sons, Richard D. McClure, Phillip W. McClure, James McClure, Brantferd McClure Jr. and Lonnie Joe McClure, all of Fulgham, Robert “Butch” McClure and Ronald McClure, both of Mayfield, and Bill McClure of Wingo; four daughters, Bennette Atwill of Cayce, Lou Ella Robert of Columbus, Shelia Coltharp Oliver of Mayfield, and Nancy Ballard of Farmington; four brothers, Robert M. McClure of Linton, Ind., Bill McClure of Wingo and Wesley McClure and Franklin D. McClure, both of Fulgham; three sisters, Louise Henley of Columbus and Alpha Mae Tate and Betty Breedlove, both of Fulgham; 38 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

SOUTH FULTON, Tenn. — Brent Wade, 71, of South Fulton died Sunday at Western Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Wade owned Twin City Auto Parts in South Fulton was a custodian for South Fulton Middle School and a former volunteer South Fulton firefighter. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of South Fulton Baptist Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4862 in Union City and Roberts Lodge No. 72 in Fulton. He was a 1956 graduate of Martin High School.

Surviving are his wife, Glenda Witt Wade; three daughters, Sandy Nunnery of Campobello, S.C., Tracey Bivens of South Fulton and Holly Coffey of Clinton, Ky.; one sister, Sherry Harris of Martin; one brother, Jackie Wade of Water Valley, Ky.; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Ward Mark Wade, and one sister. His parents were Ward Preston Wade and Mary Frances Byrd Ward

She is survived by her husband, Alvin Wheeler; one son, Timothy Wheeler of South Fulton; one daughter, Rannah Wheeler of South Fulton; two grandchildren; and one brother, Charles Henry Dunn of Union CIty.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen Faulkner and Homer Henry Dunn.

She was a waitress at the former Park Terrace Restaurant and attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Charles F. Bennett; one daughter, Robin Doescher of Florence, S.C.; two stepdaughters, Gina Bennett Wall and LeAnne Bennett Perry, both of South Fulton, Tenn.; two stepsons, Jonny Bennett of Athens, Ala., and Temmy Bennett of Fulton; three grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters; and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Caruthers “Jimmy” Barham; and one sister. Her parents were Joseph and Ada Messmer.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Weakley County, Tenn.

FULTON, Ky. — A memorial service for Carolyn Work Ross, 72, of South Fulton, Tenn., will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Good Springs Cemetery in Dukedom, Tenn.

She died at 5:55 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Hospice in Knoxville, Tenn.

Mrs. Ross was a native of Graves County. She was a former clerk at the Southside Drug Store in South Fulton.

Surviving are one son, Steve Ross of South Fulton; one daughter, Nancy Manley of Jefferson City, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Rebecca Manley and Emily Manley, both of Jefferson City; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Drennon Bagwell, and her second husband, Harold Lee Ross. Her parents were Arnold and Elmar Dickerson Work.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, Novemeber 10 at the Pinegar Cemetery in Dukedom, TN. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for services.

Catherine Bill Cloar, 94, of Union City passed away Sept. 15, 2013, at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center in Mayfield, Ky.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Leggett and Tom Jehnzen officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

She was a homemaker and a member of Union City Second Baptist Church since 1951.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Brenda Cloar of Pilot Oak, Ky.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

CALVERT CITY — Mr. Charles Conrad Cash, age 75 of Calvert City, died Thursday, June 14th at Western Baptist Hospital. Mr. Cash was born June 23, 1936, in Fancy Farm, Ky. He was a member of St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus in Calvert City. He attended Fancy Farm High School, Christian Brothers College where he played basketball and baseball, Bellarmine College in Louisville, Ky. and Behmis Lawrence Realtor School. He was a KHSAA basketball official for 20 years. He was a charter member of Calvert City Country Club and an avid golfer. He retired from ISP.

His parents were Mary Jo Ballard Cash and Joseph Vernon Cash.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Jerretta Gossum Cash; his son, Gregory Mark Cash and wife, Joanna of Benton; his daughters, Lisa Rossi and husband, Jim of California and Traci Mayo and husband, Jason of Paducah; his sister, Mary Vernon Goatley and husband, Algene of Hickory; one brother, Irvin Cash of Paducah; grandsons, Nicola and Giovanni Rossi of California, Conrad Griffin Cash of Benton, Cash Kristopher Mayo of Paducah; a granddaughter, EIia Kristine Mayo of Paducah; stepgrandson, David Whitehead and wife, Kristin of Ashville, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife Betty R.(Stanley) McGuire, South Fulton, TN whom he married Feb. 21, 1947, a daughter and son in law Karen G. & Jimmie Brown, South Fulton,TN, 2 sons and daughters in law Keith A. & Pam McGuire of Helena, Montana and Kevin D. & Val McGuire of Sterling Heights, MI; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a brother Lindy McGuire of Huntingdon, TN.

He was a member of Boaz Chapel Primitive Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in World War II. He was a graduate of Murray State University and received Murray State University Alumni Award for Distingished Services to Agriculture and Alma Mater, Historic Angus Herd Award. He was a Agriculture teacher, a President office holder of State and District Aberdeen Angus Association, a leader in FFA and 4-H Chapters. He lived all of his life in this area.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona (Chapell) Moon of Fulton,KY, a son, Mark (Jeannie)Moon, two daughters; Marta Coleman and Jennie (Terry) Rudolph all of Fulton, KY, ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin C. and Ruth (Morris) Moon.

He was preceded in death by his wife Bernice Blaylock Dalton in 2003, his parents N.C. Dalton and Rubye (Buck) Dalton, and a brother, Frank "Buddy" Dalton.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Saturday at the Jackson Funeral Home in Dukedom TN. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jackson Funeral Home from 5 to 8PM Friday.

LYNNVILLE - Services for Charles Allen Seay, 76, of Lynnville will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Home Chapel in Mayfield with Richie Spann, Mykel Tidwell and Lexie Ray officiating. Burial will be in Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Seay died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Mills Health & Rehab in Mayfield.

He was a member of Lynnville Church of Christ and a retired Graves County farmer.

Mr. Seay is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patsy Rhodes Seay; three children, Dale Allen Seay, David Seay and Rhonda Seay Sims, all of Lynnville; one sister, Jean Miller of Lynn Grove; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Charlotte Marie Grubbs Watkins Jones, 82, of Palmersville, TN, died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at her home in Palmersville. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Union Chapel Church of Christ near Palmersville with burial following in Morgan Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 27, 2013 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. On Saturday, the body will be taken to the Church to lie in state from 11:00 Am until service time at 2:00 PM.

Mrs. Jones was born July 19, 1931 in Palmersville, TN to the late Ruben and Estelle Puckett Grubbs. She was a retired school bus driver for the Weakley County School System and a retired factory worker at Bay-Bee Shoe Company. She was also a member of Union Chapel Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dennie Watkins; a son Danny Ruben Watkins; and a grandson David Brian Smith.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, J. W. Jones of Palmersville; two daughters, Carol Ann (Gary) Smith of Dresden and Regena (Ronnie) Burrow of Columbia, TN; a step daughter, Glenda (Bob) Pittman of Mayfield, KY; two grandsons, Jamie Smith and Chris (Jessica) Burrow; two granddaughters, Ashlee Smith and Leann (Drew) Bergman; step grandson Evan Pittman; step granddaughter Heather Clymer; three great grandsons, Garrison Smith, Gage Smith and John Carrizales; four great granddaughters, Megan Smith, Isabella Smith, Gena Collins, and Rhea Lynn Collins; step great grandson, Conner West two step great granddaughters,Carrigan Clymer and Carley Clymer; a grandson adopted by love, Danny (Melissa) Coday; and a great granddaughter adopted by love, Madison Coday.

Mrs. Mathis is survived by 2 sons, Coy Kenneth Mathis of Hardin and William Lynn Mathis of Mayfield; three brothers, Hollie Crittendon of Mayfield, Billy Crittendon of Benton and Murrel “Sonny” Crittendon of Tri-City; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ancle Mathis; parents, Elvie & Nettie Evans Crittendon; one sister and 2 brothers.

Services for Mrs. Mathis will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2012, in the Byrn Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. William Strong officiating. Interment will be in the Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the funeral home.

SOUTH FULTON, Tenn. - Services for Chuck Curtis, 55, of South Fulton will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky.

Mr. Curtis died Friday at Parkway Regional Hospital.

He was a production supervisor for Briggs & Stratton in Murray, Ky.

Surviving are his wife, Kim Braswell Curtis; his children, Sam Curtis and Jessica Curtis, both of South Fulton; one sister, Jan Johnson of Visalla, Calif.; and one brother, Drew Curtis of White House, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Curtis Sr. and Wilma Childress Curtis, and one brother.

He was a member of Northside Church of Christ; Foreman 34 years at Curlee Clothing Co. and also worked at Mayfield Manufacturing and Dillon Manufacturing; Army WWII Veteran.

Mr. Wilkins is survived by his wife, Carol Hopkins Wilkins; son, David (Carolyn) Wilkins of Winchester KY; daughter, LeAnne (Chris) Green of Mayfield; 4 Grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren;.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil and Thomas Wilkins; three sisters, Grace Lee Wilkins, Lorene Wilkins and Robena Carr; parents were Crawford and Bettie Shelton Wilkins.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00PM Friday February 15, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ Cemetery. Mike Tucker will officiate. Clyde Wallace Walker, age 72, of South Fulton,TN died August 31 at the Parkway Regional Hospital ER.

He was a member of the Clinton Primitive Baptist Church and had been a supervisor for the former General Tire in Mayfield, KY and was the former owner of the South Fulton Dry Cleaners. He had lived in this area most of his life.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Baker Walker of South Fulton, TN, whom he married August 13, 1960, three daughters and two sons in law Teresa Barclay, Syrinia and Jimmy Crawford, all of South Fulton, TN and Tina and Kenney Etherton of Fulton, KY; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two brothers Carl Walker of Dresden, TN and Robert Walker of Clinton, KY and a sister Miriam Hicks of Water Valley,KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence I. and Edna Mae Moak Walker, four sisters and seven brothers.

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Sandy Branch Cemetery near Martin, TN. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 am Tuesday until the funeral hour.

Mr. Codie D. Guthrie, 93, of Sedalia, KY passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray, KY. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Murray; a member of the Knights Templar of Mayfield; a retired Inn Keeper for Holiday Inn of Salem, IL; and a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps.

Mr. Guthrie is survived by his son, Larry Codie (MariLouise) Guthrie of Fallbrook, CA; daughters, Shirley (Gerald) Coltharp of Sedalia and Linda Dianne Newton of New Caney, TX; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alvenia Walter Guthrie; parents, Edward and Elizabeth Shultz Guthrie; daughter, Barbara Coltharp; brothers, Stan and Paul Guthrie; and his sister, Edith Guthrie.

Services for Codie D. Guthrie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 11th in the Byrn Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Donald Badgley officiating. Interment will follow in Massac Memorial Gardens. Those serving as pallbearers will be Robert Coltharp, Glynn Coltharp, Brian Coltharp, Corey Coltharp, Timmy Oneill and Sam Mahan.

Mr. Conrad Antosiak, age 84, of South Fulton, TN died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He was a member of the St. Edward Catholic Church in Fulton and was retired. He had been a postal supervisor in Detroit, Michigan. He moved to this area in 1990.

He is survived by his wife Neva (Jones) Antosiak of South Fulton, whom he married July 6, 1946, a son and daughter in law James Antosiak and Eda Wellington, both of Placitas, New Mexico, a brother Norbert Antosiak of Troy, MI and a sister Eleanor Kowalski of Rochester Hills, MI.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Lottie (Pysklo) Antosiak.
